The 2026 Flower show will be held in August 2026.

The link to the 2026 flower show brochure which shows all the information about the classes for the Show will be available nearer the time.

An email will be sent when this is available.

Whilst the Flower Show Committee would prefer entrants to use the on-line entry form they also recognise people may wish to submit paper entries.

How the entries system works:

Please choose which ever is best for you (on-line entry or paper form).

If you choose to do on-line entries, you must submit the on-line entry form by (Date: TBC) then come to the entries night to pay and collect your entry cards.

Paper entries

These can be submitted in advance by using the downloadable form on this page or using the paper entry form in the Flower and Produce Brochure which will be delivered to houses in the villlage. 

Advance paper entries must be received by (Date: TBC), and be delivered or posted to Gordon Waddell, Manor Cottage, South Newington, OX15 4JE (this is next to the pub).  Then come to the entries evening to pay and collect your entry cards.

You can also submit your entries by completing a paper copy and bringing it along to the entries evening where you pay and collect your entry cards.

Entries evening  will take place in the Village Hall on (Date:TBC) between 6.30 and 8.30pm where you pay for your entries and collect your entry cards.
