The type of Yoga practiced by the group is Hatha Yoga.
The Yoga sessions involved doing poses (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). These asanas and pranayama are designed to stretch, unwind and release tensions.
If you are looking to be more flexible, improve your balance and be more relaxed then this group is for you. It is an excellent way to relax and unwind after the stresses of daily life. I always get the best night sleep after my Yoga session.
Our group is very friendly and comprises people from all ages with different levels of Yoga experience.
The South Newington Yoga Group meet on Wednesday evenings and attendees are required to book for a block of 10/12 sessions (payable in advance). Our teacher is Lisa Kinslay.
