If you are looking to improve your flexibility, muscle tone and strength, increase your energy and vitality and improve balance and your quality of sleep, then this group is for you. Yoga is also an excellent way to improve posture and relax.
Sessions involve poses and breathing exercises, which are designed to stretch, release tension and strengthen and we finish with a short period of relaxation.
Our group is very friendly and includes people of all ages with different levels of yoga experience. Everyone is welcome. The group meets on Wednesday evenings 6:30 – 8:00pm and participants are required to book a block of 12 sessions (payable in advance). Our teacher is Lisa Kinslay.
