The 2026 Flower and Produce Show

Welcome to our Annual Flower and Produce show which takes place on the Poleaxe on the Saturday 1st August 2026 from 1.30pm.

The Flower and Produce Show 2026 brochure is available here, which shows all the information about the classes for the Show.

How to enter:

Whilst the Flower Show Committee would prefer entrants to use the on-line entry form they also recognise people may wish to submit paper entries.

How the entries system works

Please choose which ever is best for you, on-line entry or paper form.

If you choose to do on-line entries, please submit the entry form on-line, via the menu option under Flower Show on the website, by 29th July and then come to the entries night to pay and collect your entry cards.

Paper entries

These can be submitted in advance by using the downloadable paper form or using the paper entry form in the Flower & Produce Brochure which will be delivered to houses in the village.

Advance paper entries must be received by Tuesday, 28th July and be delivered or posted to Gordon Waddell, Manor Cottage, South Newington, OX15 4JE (this is next to the pub).

You can also submit your entries by completing a paper copy and bringing it along to the entries evening where you pay and collect your entry cards.

All Entries

All entries are to be paid for in person on Entries Night.

KEY DATES

Tuesday 28th July – Deadline for submitting advance paper entry forms

Wednesday 29th July – Deadline for submitting advance online entry forms

Thursday 30th July – Entries evening (6.30 – 8.30pm) where entry cards are collected and payment is made. This is the final opportunity for for you to submit your paper entries.

Saturday 1st August – All exhibits to be staged in the Marquee by 10am on the day of the show ready for judging.

We will be doing as much as we can online beforehand so please keep an eye on the village website where details will be available soon or ask one of the Flower Show Committee members for more information.
