DESIGN THE COVER FOR THE 2019 FLOWER AND PRODUCE SHOW BROCHURE

Calling all budding artists!

The Flower Show committee are looking for a budding artist to design the front cover of this years schedule.

Everyone, young and old, is welcome to take part.
Designs need to be submitted to Rebecca Harden at The Deans, Moor lane by 28th February.

Please see criteria below:

Your artwork should be submitted on art paper size A4 (29.7 cm tall x 21 cm wide)

A4 is standard paper size.

Do not include any of the text you see on the printed schedules, (we will add that), but do be aware of the text requirements when doing your design.

There is no point in doing a beautifully intricated design if it will be covered with writing. The exact wording to go on the cover is still being decided but see below for examples of covers from previous years to help you understand what sort of text it is likely to be.

Cover example  1 is an example of a winning design without the wording

Cover example  2 shows the same winning design with the wording included

Cover example 3  shows the cover used on last years brochure

Your design should be your own original work, and not too busy. Clip art is allowed.

Good luck and get creating!
